My name is Sarah and I am 19 years old.
I study Scandinavian Studies at university (this is my second year) where I've learned to speak Swedish and to understand Danish, Norwegian and written Icelandic. If you speak any of these, please do write me in this language!
I am very keen on everything from the twentieth century (1900s-1970s), the 1950s and 1960s in particular.
I'm not very picky when it comes to postcards. Anything in the same style as the pictures on my Tumblr page ( http://etangsnoirs.tumblr.com/ ) is very welcome, but other than that I also like postcards containing a painting (Mucha, Klimt and Magritte are my favourites), landscapes and cities, literature (I love Kafka, Nabokov and Wilde), maps, emperors and cards that are related to music. Nouvelles Images postcards are appreciated as well.
However, do absolutely not hesitate to send me a card that does not fit into any of those categories. A surprise is always nice.
