I have my own business making websites and designing advertising materials, posters etc. I work mostly from my home office via internet.

My home is in an old school house which is in the middle of a large forest with high, old trees.

I am interested in nature, photography, reading and writing.

I enjoy all kinds of postcards. I'd especially love to find in my mail box cards that bring joy and happiness - and give food for the thought.

A card with an inspirational thought or short poem would be really lovely, too.

Or even better share your own motto or favorite saying with me. When I was in my teens I came across a saying that has made a big difference in my life. It is by Norman Vincent Peale and goes like this: "Throw your heart over the bar and your body will follow".

No need to translate mottoes, poems and sayings - you may if you wish, of course - as I have studied altogether 11 languages. Do not speak them all but I'm pretty good at figuring out written messages in various foreign languages as long as I can figure out the alphabet.

Please write the rest of the card in one of the languages indicated in my profile.

P.S: Hello vancouverites and other postcrossers who attend the events of Winter Olympics: I would love to get a card showing one of the mascots, event venues etc. Thanks!
