My name is Marta, I'm 19 and I study International Relations in Jagiellonian University in Kraków (Poland's oldest university, established in 1364). I'm interested in social issues globally & locally, German culture, the history & historiography of 20th & 21st century, European cinema, etc. I love complex, demanding literature and simple, happy music.
I’d love it if you could write something about yourself on the card. I want to get to know YOU, not just your country. Write the recent, silly & irrelevant thoughts, or the big & meaningful ones if you prefer it that way. That song that’s stuck in your head lately. A quote. A favorite something of yours - word, character, phrase, color, person, pastime, place, question (for that matter - my favorite question is: “what are you thinking about?”). Be spontaneous! Or not, just be yourself.
Recommend me a book/movie/some music if you'd like. Or maybe attach something surprising to the card.

From the two sides of the postcards I prefer the backside along with the text, so I will enjoy all kinds of cards. I also absolutely LOVE HOMEMADE CARDS, if you put your heart into making them. But, if it makes deciding any easier for you - a long list of random suggestions:

@ some combination of the COLORS: red & black & white
@ war/the military
@ books/stamps/writing/typography/alphabets/letters/numbers
@ single-view beautiful PLACES/landmarks - also artistic representations of them
@ CULTURE of your country/region/city - anything unique
@ interesting/creative CAT cards, especially art or cartoon (my younger cousin, Tosia, adores them :) )
@ anything BERLIN-related (it's my favourite city)
@ something MEANINGFUL to you - tell me why :)
