HI!
I'm Valerija, born in 1981 and I live in a small town Olaine, about 20 min by car from Riga - the capital of Latvia.
One of my friends said I shuold try Postcrossing because it's really interesting - so here I am!
I'm a police officer and I love my job very much! I also love spending time with my friends, watching good movies/TV series and reading!
About the cards I like...
Any kind of postcards is welcome! You choose!
But... Here are some ideas for the postcards I'd prefer:
~ your city (buildings, monuments, special places, panoramic views)
~ landscapes of the country you live in (countryside, sea, lakes, rivers, any special trees or flowers - esp.sunflowers)
~ map cards
~ animals (CATS!!! I love them! but also any kind of animals, any special animal living in your place, birds - esp.owls)
~ babies, people (esp. faces), famous people (actors, singers etc.)
~ art
~ Hello Kitty! :)
~ black and white
~ and whatever you choose!
Please, if it's possible use standard 10x15cm size of cards because I put them in an album! :)
