About Dee...

Hi, my name is Dee. Im 43 yrs. old, wife, and mother of two (17&20).
*My Hobbies are knitting/crochet, stitching, reading,& gardening. I dont really get the opportunity to travel much, so I would love to see the world through your postcards.

*I prefer postcards with scenic views or some thing related to where you live, but also like any thing interesting or with a pretty picture.(see favorites so far)surprise me, but no nudes, handmade or free postcards please.

*I enjoy: local crafts/traditions, cafes, coffee/tea, bistros, knit shops, shop fronts, bakeries, turquoise(favorite color), recipes, churches, farmers markets, whimsical owls, animals, libraries/books, *beautiful buildings (especially lit up at night), street scenes, diners, gardens ...just throwing some ideas out there=)

*What to write: any thing about yourself, favorite quotes/sayings, favorite book(s) or author/what you liked about it, your hobbies/crafts, your favorite local places to hang out, holiday traditions, occupation or do you go to college, things you enjoy in your spare time...any thing really, these are just some suggestions to break the ice =)

*Postcards are a lot harder to come by where I live than I thought they would be, so Im working on expanding my collection to send out.

**Private Swaps:** Please keep it simple. Cards, postcards, teas (individually wrapped),recipes...Im open to suggestions of things that are NOT costly to send (flat mail). My postcard stash is limited at the moment, but is growing all the time. Just let me know what you have in mind so I know if I have it on hand=)
Let me know what you would like to swap. If its postcards, how many, in an envelope or mailed out right, written on or not. Im still sorta new to the direct swaps, so I dont mind specifics till I get the hang of it. So far, everyone seems to do it different. It just helps avoid confusion and/or disappointment. Thanks.
