About Cheryl...

Hello fellow postcrossers!

My name is Cheryl. I'm 20 years old. I was born and raised in the metropolitan city of Kuala Lumpur. My hobbies are playing the guitar, collecting first day covers (FDC) and stamps, postcrossing and reading books/articles. I love learning new things everyday in various fields, namely science, economics and of course, law!

I was introduced to Postcrossing by a friend and was hooked ever since I got started in December 2010. The whole prospect of receiving postcards from all around the world is so fascinating. Postcrossing has definitely given my mailbox a new lease of life! I'm also open for private swaps, so do drop me a message if you're interested. ;)

Here are some of my favourite postcards that I wish to add to my collection:

-2012 Olympics
-maximum cards
-train, railway
-lighthouses
-castles
-map postcards (I am currently collecting US map postcards, so I will be so thankful if you could send me one.)
-famous buildings/landmarks/anytching that is famous in your country (tourist postcards)
-UNESCO World Heritage Sites

Suprise me! :)

NOTE: Please no erotic/nude postcards, handmade/self-printed postcards or cards or advertisement cut-outs. Just postcards!

Tell me about the culture, food and weather in your country. It would be nice if you could write a line or two in your language, with a translation in English. If you really don't know what to write, just tell me what you did today or how you got to know about Postcrossing. Also, do kindly write the postcard ID twice on the card. I register my postcards as soon as I'd received it.

Thank you in advance for all of your postcards! :) Hope to hear from you soon! Have a nice day! God bless.

Update: I'm currently uploading my collection of postcards via direct swaps. I have one small request, kindly check my Flickr account to avoid sending in doubles. Thank you so much! :) http://www.flickr.com/photos/theguitarist19/sets/

Best regards,
Cheryl.
