Hello, My name is Claire and I'm from Melbourne, Australia.
I'm currently taking time out from work to look after my baby boy (16 months now!) - so sending and receiving postcards in the mail is a real treat!
I also enjoy watching movies (especially those originally in comic-book or graphic novel form), reading, listening to music (from Debussy through to electronica through to new folk through to some pretty heavy rock), ballet and artwork ranging from the Renaissance masters to tattoo artwork and graffiti art. I'm currently taking embroidery classes locally where we sew anything from gold metal threads and beads to blankets through to textile artworks with felt and wool "painting". I love the community feel and being able to sit and have a cup of tea with some very talented people!
I can't wait to receive some postcards - I love anything related to local culture, fashion, music or anything quirky. something different from the stock-standard multi-view postcard would be treasured!
I would prefer not to receive ad cards - I'd much rather see where you live!
