Hi!
I´m 23 years old Finnish girl who is working as an au pair in the USA. My days can be sometimes pretty boring. That´s why I want to send postcards to strangers and receive postcards from you :)
In Finland I joined this website with nick "syysmyrsky". Now I created a new profile for my year in the USA.
Besides I like to make postcards by myself, so you might get a nice unique card from me some day.
What kind of postcard you could send to me?
Anykind! To make your choice easier, let´s list couple of themes I like:
- seasons and nature
- cards with city-view
- movies
- humorous cards
- cards made by yourself
- cards of monuments/statues
- colors!
- cartoons
- angels and fairies
- water or fire element
- umbrellas
- history (of anykind)
- pirates
- samurais
- cultures, languages
- Totoro
- etc.
It would be nice to get a postcard of pharmacy-theme (because I´m a pharmacist "by real profession". I don´t know do they manufacture those kind of cards. Let´s see can you find one for me :)
I´m not so interested in animals, so if you have a nice card with a picture of cute puppy/kitty, save it for someone else. I don´t like free ad-cards either.
I do NOT want to receive a card of naked person on it.
Please don´t send me photos.
Write something nice about your country on the card. Tell me about your day, about a dream you had last night, the view you have from your window...Or anything else you want!
Both are fine, card with and without envelope.
If you want to send a card in an envelope, I´m asking you to add a piece of news or an add from a local newspaper with the card. It would be nice to see what kind of articles there are in your local newspaper (though I can´t read them).
