Hi postcrossers!
My name is Sylvia and I live in a small village near Zurich, some kilometers south of the place shown by the map.
I am originally from Germany and moved to Switzerland in 2008 to live together with my better half.
I like reading, knitting, geocaching, hiking in the mountains, computer gaming and watching soccer. My favourite team is VfB Stuttgart (I grew up near Stuttgart).
If you do not know what kind of postcard to send - here are some ideas:
- famous sights, world heritage sites
- football stadium, everything related to soccer
- beautiful sceneries
- castles
- beaches
- animals (I love cats, cows, camels, zebras, tigers and birds)
- plants (cactus, orchid, bloomers, trees...)
- cartoons (especially Garfield, Donald Duck)
- sports (olympics, skiing, soccer, tennis, dancing, ballett)
- black and white
- art (if possible from an artist of your country)
- cinema (Twilight, Star Wars, Star Trek ...)
- food (fruit, coffee, wine ...)
If you still have no clue: have a look at my favourites.
Gratis or ad cards are very welcome if the picture is nice but I do not like handmade cards.
If possible I like to receive the cards written and stamped, not in an envelope.
IMPORTANT:
I delete all pictures when I register a card, please don't think that I do not like your card when the picture disappeared. I scan all cards and upload them, to show all the travel marks.
