About Simone...

Bun di, Buon giorno, Bonjour, Guete Morge (Good morning)

I've been living in the snow in the Swiss Alps for half a year and I love it! This means I can practice many sports right on my doorstep: skiing, cross-country skiing, ice skating, snowshoeing and tobogganing. My mountain village has 1,300 inhabitants and in winter high season the number of tourists quadruples. This gives me work and I love speaking all my foreign languages and talking to tourists from all over the world. I work in communications for the Swiss National Park and love my job very much.

I love cards with:

cups, hands and gloves
socks, stockings, boots
snow, snowflakes, mountains
sauna, swimming, water
gifts, decorations, glitter
sayings, wisdom, poems
books, letters, typewriters
doors, windows, paths

I love playing the piano and singing. What is your favorite song?

Have a wonderful & magical spring time!
Chars salüds,
Simone

Since 2024, postage in Switzerland has become even more expensive, i.e. stamp postage abroad costs 2.50 Swiss francs = 2.95 US dollars. A postcard costs 1.50 Swiss francs = 1.77 US dollars.
So don't be surprised if I frank the cards in Germany every now and then. Everything there is more than half cheaper!!
