About Elizabeth...

Hi there! I'm so excited to finally be postcrossing! This is a hobby I should've started years ago.

I really love postcards and getting mail, so I'm happy with whatever you want to send me, really... but if you want some suggestions, here are some types of cards I especially like:

-vintage/retro/kitschy
-art
-cartoons, comics, anime, manga, illustrations
-film/movies
-funny stuff!
-planes, trains, automobiles, subways
-pens & pencils
-flags, maps
-typography
-modern architecture
-beverages
-I have a cat, so I'm ok with getting cat cards
-weird stuff - like if you've got a kind of strange card, and you've had it for a while, and you can't figure out who on earth to send it to: I'm your girl. You can send that to me.

I love stamps, too, so if you're sending me a card, please use lots of different stamps if you can. I prefer cards stamped and written on (not in an envelope), but if you like to send cards in envelopes, that's fine, too. I'm ok with handmade cards, and I don't even mind ad cards as long as they're interesting or funny. :)

I also love to travel and learn about new places (I've been to 23 countries and 40 of the 50 US states), so if you write to me please feel free to tell me about where you live - for example, if I came to visit you, what parts of your town would you show me? What's great (or not so great) about your city?

I will scan and post every card I receive, but it may sometimes take me a few days to do it. So if you really want to see the card you've sent me up on my wall, don't worry, I'll get to it as soon as I can. :)

Happy Postcrossing!
