I am a third grade teacher and I am using this within my classroom. I love teaching and sharing real life experiences with my students, so this is GREAT! We are learning a new fact about each country that we receive a card from. So feel free to send an interesting fact or a website that we can visit. I only wish I knew of this before now. We are plotting the areas when we receive a card. We are also researching and learing a new fact as the cards come in.
I like anything snoopy, watching and learning about nature, researching or listening to fun and interesting facts, reading Dean Koontz or John Grisham books or of course third grade level books, traveling, and just relaxing.
I have visited Aruba, Mexico, Iowa, Ohio, Florida, and Nevada - but I hope to travel more outside of the US.
I would love to receive postcards that show off your country, town, city...to get a sense of knowing and understanding. I would love to know about where the card is coming from...but any will do.
