Hello dear Postcrossing friend!

My name is Siv and I live in Finland. I'm married and we have two grown up daughters and two grandchildren, a boy born in January 2018 and a girl born in April 2023. Since October 1st 2022 I'm retired from work.

I like very much to travel and by receiving a card from another country it's a little bit like a small journey to the place where you live. It's a great opportunity to learn about other parts of our big world.

I collect Barbie dolls, but only special Barbies which are made for collectors. If you are a Barbie collector, please tell me about your collection. All sorts of dolls interest me and I read a lot about dolls and old toys.

My other big hobbies are cross stitching and knitting. I spend most of my free time with my cross stitching works or with my knitting.

Other hobbies are:

¤ watching movies
¤ listen to music
¤ cycling
¤ animals and nature
¤ cooking
¤ the only sport I'm interested in: Formula 1 and figure skating

Any card interest me but if you would like to choose a special one pick one of these:

appreciated

* cards with famous buildings

* cards with handicraft

I love stickers so if you have some put one or two on the card.

I always register every card I receive.

After being a postcrossing member since July 2008 I find this hobby very interesting and I'm waiting every day to receive a new card in the mailbox. I'm waiting for your card :)
