I am a sixth grade geography teacher in the small, rural town of Bedford, Kentucky. Postcards sent to me will be shared with my students (10-12 years old). Please send cards that are appropriate for children.
Our requests:
-Information about school and daily life for children in your area
-Interesting facts/trivia about your area
-Landmarks or other geographic features
If you receive a postcard from us, there is a good chance it was handmade/written by a student. We hope you like what we have to share! If you would prefer not to receive a handmade card, we are sorry for the trouble; if you'll send me a message, I'll send you a standard commercially-made postcard.
