I'm a 30-year-old nurse. I live on the southern coast of Finland with the two men of my life (my husband and our two sons, born in 05/2005 and 02/2011).
I like reading (favourites incl. Harry Potter, LOTR and Terry Pratchett's Discworld -series -I'm a huge fan of Sam Vimes- and recently I've been reading George R.R. Martin's Song of Ice and Fire), films, also music's a major factor in my life, my favourite band being Kent (from Sweden). My all-time fave tv-series is Star Trek (TNG, DS9 + Voyager). Otherwise I have little time for hobbies because of my sons =)
My other love in life is history, esp. classic Rome, China.
About the postcard: Please feel free to surpise me. What's important is that you send the card, not what's on it!
A few tips for those who like them =):
- My older son loves dinosaurs.
- Movie cards are well appreciated - maybe one with your favourite actor/movie on it?
- My husband's seen the HBO series Band O f Brothers at least 10 times ;) and together we like to watch True Blood, Game of Thrones and House.
- Any card conserning a historical person (living or dead), era or event would be soo cool, since I'm such a history geek.
