Hello there,
my name is Sofia, graphic designer & photographer and linguist, 28 years old.
Originally from Krasnoyarsk, Russia, so I can send you a card from there too :)

Postcards that make me absolutely happy:
1) MOOMINS and anything Moomins related!
Moomins books & cartoons were always my favorite.
I collect Moomins books as well as Moomins merchandise ( bowls, mugs etc. ).
Traveling to Moomins Park & Museum in Finland has been on my must-to-do list forever and I'm hoping to finally make my dream come true this summer! :)
Also:
2) children's books illustrations and cartoons, especially older ones
(Krtek, Le Petit Prince...these are my childhood!
soviet illustrations & cartoons "Hedgehog in the Fog", "Buratino", "Vinnie the Pooh" etc.

"Bullerby children" by Astrid Lindgren,
also Fiep Westendorp "Pluk van de Petteflet"!
3) atelier nouvelles images
4) artsy cards, so even if it's an AD but has great design I'll love it
5) fashion, design, contemporary architecture
6) and of course something that tells me about your country, its history and traditions,
especially map cards
NOT a fan of religious cards, landscapes except city/exotic multiviews, also overly sweet animals ( kittens and puppies ), flowers and such, however typical to the region ones are ok.
Handmade cards are not my favorite either, so PLEASE NO HANDMADE & HOME PRINTED CARDS of poor quality, but it's always very sweet to receive a note from you on the back ( or an unwritten card in envelope + a separate note on paper - I collect most cards clean ).
I really prefer cards WITH ENVELOPES!
It's a shame when your beautiful card gets damaged on the way.
Not very much into stamps, but if it's something unusually beautiful surely can appreciate it, especially stamps with Mooomins/children's books/cartoons. I always love stickers :)
MY FAVORITES are the cards that I don't have but would like to get,
so these are always the best choice to send!
