About LI...
Hello! Many greetings from Hong Kong!~^^~
I am a 19-year-old student from Hong Kong. Nice to meet you all! ~^^~
Other than studying, I love Japanese animes, comics and of course their goods! Similar to other people that love comics and animes, I love the "SEIYUU"(people who dub for the animes) and their songs! This is also the main reason why I learn Japanese. To Japanese senders, if you do not mind, would you like to use Japanese to wirte the postcards?
I also love music, espicially classical music. I always dream that I have a chance to learn violin or piano in the future.
I love to know the cultures and architectures of your country or other things that are unique to the place you live. I would love to receive all kind of postcards from all around the world!! But if you do not have any idea, here are some suggestions:
- local cultures(e.g.Festivals)
- map cards / Flag
- famous people(e.g. President, Royal family)
- postcards of UNESCO World Heritage Sites
- historical land marks
- architectures / houses
- monument
- view or multiviews
- beautiful(or representative) scenery(e.g. waterfalls)
- trains / trams (I love trains from all over the world!)
of your country / city / town / vellage.
Postcards that related to music, Japanese animes and comics are welcome too! All kinds of postcards are welcome and of course including HAND MADE cards!! :D However, I am sorry to say, no christmas cards or ad cards please...
Besides, I love to collect beautiful and colourful stamps. Stamps are unique to all countries!! I love to recieve postcards with different kinds of stamps. I know that there are stamps with different face values, e.g $0.1,$0.2, $0.5 .etc. As stamps can also show the local cultres, if you don't mind, would you like to use several stamps with smaller face values instead of a standard one(e.g. $3=$1.4+$1.0+$0.5+$0.1)? Of course, it is just a reference only. I also do it when I send postcards to other countries! ~^^~ It would great if you can put some used stamps together with the postcard in an envelope!
It would be cool if you can write something(e.g. greetings) in your language and, of course, with translation please. ~^^~ It is nice that you can write down the date of sending on the postcard.
Direct swap is also WELCOME! I wish I can also exchange local or memorial stmaps with you too! I am always looking forward to receive your postcards.~^^~ If the travelling time of your postcards to me are already over 30 days or more, please feel free to contact me!
Happy Postcrossing!
Best wishes,
Chiu Wai
