I graduated from Kansas State University with a degree of International Business and Management. I have a younger sister named Janelle and a dog, Montana, both of whom I love dearly. I was born and raised in Kansas and love the simplicity of the landscape. Manhattan is the home of the K-State Wildcats, where I did my undergraduate work. I now live near a small town, Wellsville.
Some of my hobbies are candle making, sending postcards, reading about historical events, learning new languages and traveling. I like swimming in the lakes around my home and taking walks and bike rides.
I love thunderstorms, and camping at the lake. I enjoy hanging in my hammock on beautiful autumn days. I love traveling to new places! I studied abroad in Spring of 2010- and loved it immensely! I visited Hawai'i, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, India, Mauritius, South Africa, Ghana, and Brazil. I also got the chance to study in Mexico in 2006 and spent most of my time in Guanajuato – truly a gorgeous city!
I want to continue traveling the world and seeing things I have never seen, experiencing new cultures, learning new languages, and making life-long friends!
