About Redlan...

Hello from 7,107 islands- the PHILIPPINES!

First of, if you can draw something on the back of the postcard or just doodles I would really appreciate. It will make me :-)

I was born and raised in the province. Nature was my television and its sounds were my music. That's why I am a nature-lover.

I became a city boy when I was about to enter high school. I stayed in the city since then. However, when I am stressed and tired of the city life, I go out of town or visit my family hometown to relax and refresh. For me, nature healing is the best!

I was not good in class recitation. I preferred to write my emotion and views through writing. I am a left-handed writer but I usually use my right hand in doing some other things. It makes me smile every time I remember that my first handwriting was from right to left side on the paper. I am interested in arts since childhood.

Although I was not able to pursue my interest in arts, I still practice and do it most of the time. I am an Accountancy graduate and I am into accounting related work for more than ten years already.

I have a collection of arts mostly are my own works. I love to paint, draw, sewing and other things related to arts. I make personalized cards and photo scrapbook. Needless to say that I am into photography too. I also have a collection of Armando Caruso hankies. And I started to collect postcards through postcrossing.

I prefer to receive postcards of
cultures,
landmarks,
MAP cards,
UNESCO sites,
Beaches,
traditional costumes and events
Arts
Sunset and Sunrise
Flowers
The National flag, bird, fruit, etc.

However, all postcards are acceptable. I do appreciate it especially if I can see that there is an effort sending it.I love reading handwritten message in it as well.

Happy postcrossing to all!
