I collect postcards and have a few from my friends' travels around the world. I heard about Postcrossing on a blog and couldn't wait to start.
I live in Iowa City, IA where I went to college. I grew up in Aurora, Illinois, which is near Chicago. I love living in Iowa City now, there are tons of wonderful restaurants, bars, and locally owned shops.
In my spare time I knit, sew, crochet, craft in general, cook, bake, read and watch movies. I also love thrift shopping, I'm a sucker for a bargain! I love turning old unwanted things into new and interesting projects. You can also find me on Ravelry.com under a similar ID, redheadedknit.
