Hello! I'm Lauren, 27 years old...and I never, EVER know what to write about myself! I currently live in a suburb in New Jersey but I spend a fair deal of time in Philadelphia and the city is like a second home to me. Music is a huge love of mine...and my tastes are ever changing but right now I have a love of anything folky. If there is a banjo or a mandolin, I will listen to it! I also am a TV junkie and I've just recently purchased a DSLR camera so I'm hoping to make photography a new hobby!
I'm happy with any kinds of postcards, really, but specifically I'd love these kinds of cards:
- Cards featuring your city/country
- Music related cards
- Churches
- Cemeteries and gravestones
- Interesting architecture
- Castles or other historic buildings
- Religious artwork (statues, paintings)
- Fall/autumn themed cards
- Latin American folk art (especially anything related to Dia De Los Muertos)
- Animals (Pandas are my favorite!)
- James Dean
- Quirky/funny cards
- Diddl postcards (for those of you in Germany)
Like I said, though, I'm happy with any kinds of cards!
If you're like me and at a loss about what to write on your cards...here are some things I'd love to know:
- Tell me about a band or musician you love/your favorite song/your favorite book
- Recommend a musician from your part of the world
- Tell me an interesting fact about the area you're from
- Talk about any pets you might have (I have two dogs and love them to bits)
