About the username: My name is Jen and I work in radio and voice-overs.

For the past four years, my family has lived in Asia. I have recently moved back to the US and have been busy unpacking and trying to find normalcy once again.

I really am not picky about what kind of postcard you send me, but if you are trying to pick out something specific, there are some things I like in particular, such as:

*I have recently learned of Moomin and Gotochi postcards. I don't have any in my collection and think they're very cute!
*For my Japanese friends, I have learned about Posta Collect. I would sure love some of these as well! (http://postacollect.com/gotochi/index.html)

I am also very interested in these themes:
*holiday cards/postcards - Christmas & New Years
*mailboxes, bicycles, simple "every day" things
*art (famous or unknown is okay -- maybe something you've created!)
*food
*pop culture (movies, music, fashion, entertainment, tv shows, etc)
*radio or radio-related cards, such as famous radio shows or radio stations

I'm not particular about what you write on the card, but if you're not sure what to write, maybe you could answer one of these questions for me:

1. What is your favorite book?
2. What is your favorite website?
3. What is your favorite movie?
4. Do you have any juicy secrets you want to share with me?
5. What is your favorite thing to order from Starbucks/the local coffee shop?
6. What is your favorite vacation destination?
7. If I were going to come to your city, what would I *have* to see?

I know some people do not like to receive the free cards/ad cards. If you feel the what the postcard is advertising is very representative of where you live, I'd love to receive it! In Singapore we have wonderful free ad cards here that I think are very collectible because they are indicative of where I live and the time in which we live!

I try to post pictures of all the cards I receive. Sometimes I don't get to it right away, but I will get it up there eventually!

Remember this is supposed to be for fun. I don't expect my every request to be met. After all, they are merely requests. Not demands. I enjoy this service and am grateful to those of you who help make this so much fun!
