About Paula...

My name is Paula and I'm 27 years old. I love reading and I'm passionate about learning new languages and cultures and making new friends.

I try to choose very carefully the cards that I send to other people, and I know how difficult it is to please everyone. I hope at least I can do that most of the time.

If you need some ideas of what card to send, just have a look at my favorites and you will see the kind of postcard I like. Or have a look at this list of things I would love to receive in a postcard:

* Sunflowers (they make me happy!)

* Cherry blossoms (so if you're from Japan, make my day and send me a card with cherry blossoms and cherry trees :]

*Black and white cards, pictures from old movies

*Pictures related to books, readers and reading (I'm a bookaholic)

*Beautiful landscapes and city views of the place where you live, traditional postcards are more than welcome

*The Beatles =)

*Sunsets

*Trees in different seasons

*Pictures of the sea

*Famous paintings

*Kissing

*Mickey Mouse and the little prince cartoons :)

*Oriental paintings and writing

*Pictures related to cooking and typical food from your country

*Kites

Feel free to write about anything you want, something interesting about the place where you live or about yourself (can be your favorite book, author, film and so on).

I collect postcards and I'm always happy when they arrive, I'm not against free cards, If they are cute or funny or have something unique that you think I might like, no problem sending them.

Send me a postcard you think it's beautiful or has something special about the place where you live, please =] Please don't forget to write at least your name in the card and the date. I would like to receive postcards, stamped and not in an envelope, please. Let them breathe :) Thank you:)

So now you have more ideas and you can choose a lovely card to send to me :)
But these are just suggestions, I'm still waiting to be surprised :)

Wish you all the best! Happy postcrossing!

*I'm also looking for penpals to practice writing in English or German. If you're interested, just let me know. Cards with quotes in German are more than welcome, too! :)
