About Didem...

Hi!
My name is Didem. I live in İstanbul, Turkey.
I am a travel addict, passionate language learner, photographer. I am really fond of getting and sending postcards and stamps.I collect used worldwide stamps, so please, if possible, put a nice stamp on the card :)

I will appreciate any kind of card that you want to send me.

Actually, beginning the postcard with your "hello" word in your language would be perfect for me!!
If possible, please advise me a song (about your city, country or culture whatever you choose) that I can listen while reading your postcard =)

some ideas for things I love:

-books, book covers, bookmarks, library
-art&museums
-maps
-coffee
-handmade cards
-vintage/antique photos
-Black&white postcards
-jazz
-travel
-maps
-food, recipes (maybe a recipe of a traditional cocktail from your country)
-wine
-stamps
-anything about Spain and Spanish
-Gaudi art &Hundertwasser
- Impressionism
-Harry Potter
-Inge Löök
-Virpi Pekkala, Raija Nokkala, Rudolf Koivu, Martta Wendelin, Marimekko ja Muumit
-cinema
-symbol or map of your city&language
-Leonid Afremov paintings
-The Little Prince
-Alice in Wonderland
-Virginia Woolf
-Audrey Hepburn
-Haruki Murakami

I would be glad to receive a word with its meaning from your language, it is a great pleasure for me! learning about new cultures has always been fantastic for me..that's why a postcard about your country and culture would be perfect for me!

If you know Spanish, it would be great to read your postcard in spanish for me :)

You can write your favorite band, book, movie, place anything about you!

Also, it would be glad to receive a birthday card on September, a Christmas or New Year card during December&January, easter postcard during Easter time.

hope to receive your fantastic postcards, thanks!
happy post crossing!
