I live in Adelaide, which is a beautiful city with beaches down one side and hills down the other. It sometimes seems to be about as far away from the rest of the world as you can get! I was born and raised here and love it, although both my parents are first-generation migrants from Italy.

I love reading, and I'm drowning under hundreds of books in my house which I have yet to read. I've also been renovating my place for about four years now, so I have a lot of practice in living out of boxes. I spend most of my spare time volunteering with a children's charity that I've been involved with since I finished high school. For some reason, I seem to have amassed a collection of about two dozen Nerf guns (can't remember that happening!).

For those who know what it is, I travelled to Oslo in 2010 to go to the final of the Eurovision Song Contest, and I guess I enjoyed it because I have since been to the 2012 Contest in Baku, Azerbaijan and the 2013 Contest in Malmo, Sweden. I'm out of money now though so I think I'll stop for a while :) It's mostly an excuse to visit my sister who lives in London.

Unfortunately, Australia Post has recently increased the price of postage so much that Postcrossing is now prohibitively expensive, and it has eliminated all of the cheaper postcard rates. I will only be sending cards infrequently from now on (if at all).

Send me whatever type of card you want, and write whatever you wish - I really don't think I should be making demands!
