Hi,
I'm Petra, I am 23, I studied Dutch and Film Science in Prague, but I left university and I am working at the moment (as a Mary Kay distributor). Usually, I have several jobs at once:).
In my leisure time I'm a journalist (I write about music, film and literature - reviews, reports, interviews etc.). I love books, music - especially rock, oldies ... (I also play violin and saxophone) and movies (Richard Curtis, John Ford, Howard Hawks, John Huston, Hal Ashby....; Humphrey Bogart, Warren Beatty, Shirley MacLaine, Stephen Fry, Hugh Laurie, Harvey Keitel, Holly Hunter, James Dean, John Wayne, Bill Nighy, Robert Downey Jr. ....).
I love nature and travelling, although I don't have much time and money for that. I like to meet new people and really enjoy sending letters and postcards!:)
I like postcards of:
- nature (mountains, forests, grass, water...)
- animals (cats - especially the Brittish Blue, tigers, hamsters, sheep...)
- cities
- music and MOVIE (my No. 1) postcards
- art
- sports (rugby - Jonny Wilkinson, soccer - Liverpool FC, athletics - Andreas Thorkildsen, dance...)
... and I have three special wishes:
- if you live in the North of Europe, you can send a picture of a puffin (Fratercula Arctica), that would be great
- if you are from Canada or U.S.A., you can make me really overjoyed by a picture of a porcupine;))
- and for you from the U.S.A. - I really love the Monument Valley.
But send anything you like, I am happy for each postcard.
My dear friends from Great Britain or Ireland - if you could write something in Irish, Welsh, Cornish etc., I would be on cloud seven;)
