Love scooting around Philly and burbs with WXPN, my Blackthorn Bhoyz,(www.irishthing.com) and we love Philly Folk and all the Singer/Songwriters! I Love seeing New Music and meeting it's makers and love traditional stuff too of all genres..capturing moments in time is always a pleasure.
Always close to my heart is my efforts for the National MS Society. I am into my 9th year with our Walking Team, Team Ratty Shoes...there couldn't be a more appropriate name for a group of dedicated folk who walk 30-50 miles in a weekend to raise funds and awareness in HOPE of finding a cure.... I will dance and walk and dance and walk , 'cause there are friends of the heart that can no longer....Care to dance?
I have been active with Postcrossing for awhile and I love the messages I have received almost as much as the beautiful postcards I have received! I am amazed how many Postcrossers have written about a direct connection with MS. I do like to hear your stories, so if you have one, tell me! I began to walk for the MS Society because a dear friend of mine has the disease. Now I know lots of people with it which makes me want to do more to to my part to help find a cure.
I love any kind of card. Hand made are especially dear, especially if made with a photograph you have taken!
