She has been a member for 7 months (223 days).I still love the 'original' way of mailing, snailmail and I so like the idea of postcrossing!
My passion: countries and cultures, to learn more about the interesting world around us, the culture, languages, traditions, food and drinks, music and dance, etc.
I love reading books, watching films and photos, traveling and penpalling. I like blogging too: www.cessiesjourney.blogspot.com
I love original unusual postcards showing:
- mailboxes or anything related to snailmail;
- books or reading;
- traveling or camping;
- volkswagen vans;
- food;
- your culture or traditions;
- children's book illustrations;
- people;
- nature sceneries.
I'm not extremely fond of the standard touristic stuff unless it is showing something that shows a particular tradition or custom of your country/culture.
Please write something on the back of the postcard about yourself, your culture or about the card itself: why the picture has its importance to you or a recipe with the food pictured ;-), etc. I'm interested!
So let's go ahead and bring the world a little closer!

Amy (?) from Germany: received your postcard picturing your cousin in sunset near the lake (see my posties blog) but there was no postcard ID mentioned. Would you please inform me! Thank you!
