Started pen palling at the age of 8 years old and I still love to snailmail (although life sometimes takes over) and I love this Postcrossing project: every postcard in my mailbox makes me smile :)

My passion: countries and cultures, learning more about the interesting world around us: languages, traditions, food and drinks, music and dance, etc.

I love reading books, watching films and photos, traveling and penpalling. I love to write, currently more in the way of blogging:

I love original unusual postcards showing:
- mailboxes or anything related to snailmail;
- books or reading;
- traveling or camping;
- volkswagen vans;
- food;
- your culture or traditions;
- your language;
- children's book illustrations;
- people and faces;
- nature sceneries.
I'm not extremely fond of the standard touristic stuff unless it is showing something that shows a particular tradition or custom of your country/culture.
Please write something on the back of the postcard about yourself, your culture or about the card itself: why the picture has its importance to you or a recipe with the food pictured ;-), etc. I'm interested!

So let's go ahead and bring the world a little closer!
