About Ksenia...

*** I'm always open for private swaps, but only with reliable and experienced users. Please, be honest and don't ask me for swap, if you're not going to send anything.***

Dear Postcrossing friend,

Let me tell you a bit about myself :) My name's Ksenia and I'm 18 years old. I'm originally from Poland, but I've been totally in love with Ukraine for 5 years and I've recently moved here :) I study at university in Donetsk and I'm very happy about it :

I know that I won't ever be able to visit all the beautiful places around the world, but postcrossing really helps me to develop my knowledge about different countries. But, what I find even more important, is that this project lets makes me absolutely sure that we live in a world full of wonderful and friendly people :)

Don't worry, if you can't send me a postcard that would fit my wishlist. It's not so important :) What I really value is the message and the effort that you put to share a part of your world with me. Anyway, if it helps you to choose the right card for me, here are some ideas:

WISHLIST:
- map cards
- flag cards
- UNESCO World Heritage Sites
- trains, railways
- nuclear power plants
- politics, propaganda
- aurora borealis (northern lights)
- churches, mosques, synagogues, places of worship of any faith
- folklore, national costumes
- art from your country
- multiview cards (especially the ones with over 15 pictures)
- city views
- landscapes (mountains, sea, forest...)

Please, DON'T SEND ME:
- cards with pets (they're cute, but look the same anywhere)
- cards with celebrities or movies that don't tell me anything about your country
- nudity
- cards offending Christianity or any other religion. Please respect the fact that I'm a religious person.

I prefer receiving stamped cards, but you can also send your card in an envelope, if it's more convenient for you :) But please, write at least a short message on your card, it feels much more personal than unwritten cards.

And if you're looking for a penpal - here I am! :) I like writing long letters, exchanging postcards and stamps :) You can write me in Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Belarussian, Czech, Bulgarian, English and German.

Thanks for reading! :)
Happy Postcrossing!
