Hello!
I’m Volha, 32 y.o. I’m a university teacher. I’ve got a daughter Sofia (she is 9) and my hobby is teaching her English and postcrossing. My other hobbies are making traditional textile dolls and other handicrafts.
I’d be happy to receive the following types of cards:
1. Postcards about your culture. Postcrossing helps me to find out in which way cultures are unique (and I learn more about my own Belarusian culture !!!). I hope to receive a postcard which helps me to know and feel why your culture is special from your point of view. It may be a symbol of your country, heroes of fairy-tales, national art objects, place you live in, people in national costumes, landscapes of your country…
2. Season greetings cards. If you send me a your country/culture special holiday card (which is celebrated only in your country), it’ll be absolutely great!
3. Nature. Animals: butterflies, ladybirds, pandas… Trees, herbs, flowers… (I like wild flowers and clover and poppy are my favourites).
4. Maps and flags. Mmm... So attractive!
5. Angels. I just love them.
6. Cards you like and think them to be worth sending!
Nice stamps are always welcome and appreciated (I just discover 'the world of stamps' due to postcrossing :).
