Hello!
My name is Olga. I was born in Ukraine. Now I live in Seattle, beautiful Northwest. I love to travel and I always send postcards to my family and friends (and myself!) from every corner of the world I travel. It's so cool to receive those cards when I get back home from a trip. So far I visited Russia, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Belize, Guatemala, France, Monaco, Japan, Italy, Vatican, French Polynesia, Costa Rica, Sweden, Norway, Singapore and Malaysia.
As much as I love to travel I also love taking pictures with my photocamera.
I love reading (yes, I'm a librarian), hiking, driving my car, going to the museums and theater.
Please send me card with pictures of your town and your favorite places in the world. I love map cards also.
2012 is Year of Dragon and it's my year - if you have postcards with Dragon please share with me.
I love postcards from sports event like EURO 2012 from Poland and Ukraine, Summer Olympic Games 2012 from London.
I love this project. I love sending and receiving postcards. I buy a lot of different books with postcards online and in bookstores. I have big collection of black and white postcards (like Ansel Adams photos, NYC views, old photos of Yellowstone National park), flowers, cats, dogs, wild animals, images of Native Americans, Art (Monet, Dali, Van Gogh, Wassily Kandinsky, Pablo Picasso, etc.), nature, lighthouses, different touristy cards from Seattle and Washington state, etc.
