Hello,
I just read the information about this postcrossing website and think that would be very interesting to join it!!
I like traveling around the world though until now only 5 countries. I read a wording and like very much: "I want to see the world; meet people; and know how they're different or the same...."
So, I think receiving postcards from people around the world is a good start. Hopely, I can start to learn and know more about your country from the postcards received.
I am from Taiwan and working in Taipei city now. Yes, there was the highest building in the world, TAIPEI 101, until July, 2007. Taiwan is a country in a small island but is famious for beautiful scenery and mountain, delicious foods ,and high tech equipment OEM and ODM.
My native language is Chinese. Hope the address and my name in Chinese(traditional) won't scare you!! But don't worry, you can write the address in English only.
About sending the cards, I usually pick the card according to your perference that you mentioned on your profile. So, sometimes it takes longer for me to send out the postcard. Sorry for the late and hope you don't mind!!
