I love music and theater, soccer, reading, national flags, angry birds, dancing, food, Disney, maps, etc.
Ideally I'd love to get postcards with popular landmarks or features that are unique to your country or locality: waterfalls, castles, edifices, lakes/rivers, ruins, etc. Or also postcards that depict something unique to your culture: festivals, traditional garb, foods, artisan markets, etc. I also love postcards of people (not celebrities, just common, everyday folk).
However, ALL postcards are welcome and appreciated.
I speak Spanish and lived briefly in South America (Ecuador) so if you speak Spanish I'd love to learn a popular saying in your country. Cuando a Roma fueras, haz como vieras. In fact I'd love to know a saying or idiom in any language!
