Hi there!

I'm 21-years-old student (Finnish literature) and I've just heard this exciting way to get mail from everywhere - I've always loved "the real mail" and my dearest hobby is to write _anything_ so this postcrossing sounds a perfect way to bring together these beloved things. I'd love to travel but I've visited only Kos-island (Greece) a long, long time ago but I think that having mail from abroad will help me in this travel fever! Or make it stronger...

I feel a bit insecure of my English (I've used it so few times since high school) so I hope that you can find out what I was trying to say. :) There will be some mistakes! But I'm sure that everything goes just fine and even better when I'm "in" again.

You can send me anything you like, love or that came to mind but here are the things I especially like:

~ Moomins (or Tove Jansson's other works), Snufkin is my favorite character!

~ RMS Titanic (also James Cameron's film "Titanic")

~ pictures of your own country or city where you live!

~ black and white pictures

~ theatre

~ movies

~ black coffee

~ classic books, famous writers, funny/philosophical sentences/quotations about life etc.

~ Harry Potter (the books, but the films are okay too)

~ The Hunchback of Notre Dame (the book, the films, the musical "Notre-Dame de Paris" - especially that which includes the original cast!)

~ France/french (even I cannot speak it at all! But it sounds so beautiful... and I've always wanted to visit Paris! So pictures taken from the Eiffel tower etc. typical tourist things are very wellcome!)

~ other languages too! "Hi" etc. with your own language would be nice!

~ Vintage/Retro cards

~ Interesting art/photography

~ Birthday, Christmas, Easter, Holiday cards...

Don't hesitate to write something entirely random, silly
or out of the ordinary, I love that! I want to know something about you and your life! And please write the date on the card!
