About nan_volf...

Hello everyone,

my name is Mirka, I'm forty-something "still girl" living in Prague. I'm a bookworm, a dog lover, a passionate traveller and a stamps & maxicards collector (I would really appreciate pretty stamps on your postcard if possible, thank you in advance).

Any card you would like to send me will be just fine (any card YOU would like to receive...), but NO ad cards, self printed cards and cute babies, please.

I'd be happy for any postcard, but if you have something from the list below I'll be very grateful:
*tourist cards (single view)
*map cards
*cards with libraries, books or writers
*royals
*maxicards (unwritten in envelope. Note: a maxicards is NOT a bigger card, it's a special philately item - a postcard with a postage stamp placed on the picture side of the card where the stamp and card match or are in concordance. In most cases, the cancellation is also related to the image on the front of the card and the stamp). I'll send you a thank you card for any maxicard received.

*nature views
*gardens
*castles or ruins
*cemeteries
*lighthouses
*architecture details such as doors or windows
*postal boxes
*Irish Wolfhounds, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (dogs breeds)
*birds, wolves, foxes, squirrels, giraffes
*mushrooms
*Greetings from...
*Game of Thrones, Sherlock Holmes, Harry Potter, LOTR
*Lali, Jetoy, Inga Paltser, Natalia Chetkova, Mila Marquis, Irina Zeniuk, Irina Smirnova, Lia Selina, Leonid Afremov, Alexey Dolotov, Moomins, flower fairies, dragons and fantasy, steampunk :-)

If you don't know what to write about, you can tell me something about you, your town, your favorite book or give me a suggestion on a trip in your area or any must-see place. Just whatever you want to share with me - but please try to write more than "Happy Postcrossing" :-) There are so many Postcrossers in the World and I have the pleasure to meet YOU! Your postcard is the unique opportunity to get know you and I'm looking forward to it!

Please, be so kind and write your postcard personaly if possible (no printed addresses and messages...). I'm aware that some people have messy handwriting or it causes them some health problems - I have an understanding for it so printing is obvious :-)

My birthday is in April, so you can send me a birthday card if you wish - and also Christmas, Halloween or holiday cards when the time comes as well.

Thank you very much for every postcard sent to me whatever it is! Happy postcrossing!
