My main passion is art. I'm currently in college and intend to major in illustration (http://momokatbert.deviantart.com/). I chainsmoke like crazy, go on wacky adventures, compulsively draw, voraciously consume literature, love nature, am infinitely fascinated by the paranormal and wish more people still wrote letters.

I've never been outside the country, which is one of the reasons I decided to join Postcrossing. I like to think of it as vicarious vacationing.

I don't have any preferance as to what you write in your postcard. I'm pretty much cool with whatever. But I am currently looking for recipe suggestions. I'm on a quest to cook a native dish from every country, so if you could throw some ideas out there that'd be awesome! Perferably vegetarian or dessert dishes, but I can work with fish too.

I'd also like to hear about any personal paranormal experiences you've had!

Oh, and I have two kitty cats and I love them more than most of the people I know.
