About Melissa...

I'm a Pennsylvania girl living near Fort Worth, Texas. I have a pilot's license, a husband whom I adore, three dogs (2 Pugs, 1 Airedale), and 2 cats. I'm a huge Philadelphia sports team fan, especially the Eagles.

Here is a list of things and places I really like and would like even more to see them on a postcard that arrives from you!

- Airplanes, airports, anything aviation related
- Food, Cooking, Recipes
- Pugs, Airedales, French Bulldogs
- Platypuses (my favorite animal)
- Pennsylvania
- James Bond
- Paris, France, or French related
- Geography, maps
- Italy, especially Florence which I loved visiting
- Beaches, especially NJ and Virginia Beach
- Printing related (old printing presses, unique papers, etc)
- Coffee, especially Starbucks
- Wine
- Depeche Mode
- Historic women (bonus if they're aviation related)
- Scenic or historic images from where you live

Hint: If you look at my favorites that might also help give you an idea of what kinds of postcards / images I enjoy.

I would prefer not to receive "joke", cartoon, or "ad" postcards, but I appreciate everyone that takes the time to send me a postcard regardless of the image.

I have visited the following countries: Spain, Gibraltar, England, Scotland, Haiti, Canada, Germany, France, Italy (my profile picture is of my best friend and I - I'm the one in the front - in Florence at the San Lorenzo Mercato Centrale), Australia, New Zealand, Israel, and Singapore. I have been to 42 of the 50 states in the USA as well (I just added Alaska to my list in September 2011). I still have so much more I would like to see!

Oh, and when I receive a new postcard, it goes on our fridge in a place of honor until the next "new" one arrives.
