My name is Louise and I'm a 33 year old British girl. I was introduced to Postcrossing by a friend in Austria and decided to give it a go ... so here I am!!
I have no preference as to the type of postcard that I receive, I guess my favourite type would be a postcard from wherever YOU are ... I love to get to know different places around the world!
I love exchanging letters, I don't think that you can beat snail mail! I would also love to hear from anyone that loves to swap FB's/Slams, I used to do this when I was a kid and would love to get back into it, if anyone can help! :-)
I'm also NOT a friends collector! I LOVE to write and receive personal, chatty letters, not just one sided letters without questions. I find SO MANY THINGS INTERESTING!
I'm one of those people who is always wanting to learn something new ... when I read some of the profiles on this site I find that there are so many things that I have yet to discover ... I'd love to be introduced to new things by the people that write to me so I don't mind if we don't have that much in common ...
I enjoy listening to music, movies, skiing, reading books and magazines, restaurants, travelling, cooking, eating, drinking wine, going for long walks in the countryside or at the seaside, the great outdoors, surfing the web, long letters, cross stitch, learning about different religions, countries and languages, the weather, fairies and angels, the paranormal, having BBQ's, visiting historic places, decorating, computer games (ADORE Age of Empires!!!), writing, watching the news and lots of other stuff!:-)
