About Melania...

Hello! My name is Melania and I live in north-eastern Pennsylvania, on the New Jersey border. I'm a nurse by trade, an avid reader, and a music and nature lover. I love to travel and learn about different places all over the world; the foods, the history, the culture, the customs, sports, music, and how people live.

My preferences include sites native to where you are sending them from; historical sites, famous landmarks, castles, local recipes, flags, clothing and customs unique to your land, but mainly to see the world from your perspective! Why did you choose this card to send?

I collect cards of USA's National Parks, Monuments and Forests, and UNESCO World Heritage sites. I'd like to someday have a collection including all USA states, as well as all countries of the world (including capital cities), quite a lofty goal! I would enjoy any card related to the above listed, as well as food, books, music, vintage, maps, or anything that you think is unique and interesting, tell me about it! I'm also a HUGE Hello Kitty fan, and have just received my first and only card with her, so if you send me one of those (or even ANY Sanrio character) I'd be really grateful!

I prefer "real" postcards written and stamped.

I will try my best to oblige and send cards depicting themes that you request or collect, but I generally do not have access to (or have hardly ever seen) cards with sports teams, famous people, or cartoon characters. Please be aware that many characters sought in Europe and Asia are not known or available where I live in the USA, but I will keep looking! I try to travel as often as I can, so my collection of cards to send out is always changing, so I'll do my best! If you have any suggestions on where to find interesting cards, do let me know!
