Hello, nice to "meet" you.
My name is Marianne. I live in Veghel, a village in the south of the Netherlands. Yes: I've received and send a lot of cards but I appreciate every one I get. I'm totally addicted to Postcrossing.
I like to go walking or biking in nature, with or without my husband . I also like reading and writing. We raised two kids, a girl and a boy, they are already grown up. We also have a son in law and a lovely grandson ( born in 2017)
I like all kinds of cards but here are a few suggestions:
- something famous or special about your country or city
- nature
- birds
- national or local food or dishes
- bridges
- castles
- waterfall
- cards that show anything to do with mail ( because me and my husband worked for the Dutch post(office) almost our whole life).
- lighthouse
But if you have another card which you think is nice for me don't hesitate to send that one, i'll be pleased with every card you will pick out for me. There are só many beautiful cards all over the world!
You can send me a card ( folded or not) in an envelope if you want. I don't care
If you've send me a card and I haven't registered it within reasonable time, send me a message please. I can register your card anyway. I don't like it when my cards are expired so I can imagine you don't like it also.
