Hi there!

My name is Kasey. I live in temperate Victoria, lots of rain, no snow and mild weather year-round but in return a high cost of living. Working part time with the ambulance service up-island and juggling other jobs. Trying to become a nurse on the side while saving money for tuition. Have become crazily sensitive to beeping pager-like sounds and sirens that I sometimes hear in my dreams.

I collect fountain pens, cheap ones or gifts and mostly use them, except on car. I ride a motorcycle, a 250 cc and commute on my touring bike except when I have my 3 hour commute up island.

Canada Post lettermail prices keep on rising but the hobby will keep on going I suppose, until I am penniless on the streets.

Postcards I enjoy are of beautiful buildings, artworks, rainbows, landscapes, vehicles, food are welcome too. Postcards of guns, illustrations, fountain pens, war-related postcards, of the Queen of England, Chukar Partridges, reindeers, or German Shepherds/other dogs. If you can't find anything, don't sweat it, sometimes it's hard to find cards. Just no cardboard cards or blank cards please.

Tell me about your city, about your country/hometown (The good and the bad), about your life, an adventure, or what has happened recently. I have a huge interest in mythology and legends and in local or national stories as well as what local life is like or anything you want to talk to me about.
