My name is Manu, 27 year old from Hoshiapur, in north Indian state of Punjab.

I love photography, traveling and collecting postcards & stamps around the globe. For me- Postcrossing is a great platform where one can learn so much about countries, cities,languages, get to know people around the globe,seeing and learning about wonderful places in different parts of the world with the help of postcards.

At present, I'm pursuing my M.Phil research in Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. My research interests include-popular culture, nuclear iconography of cold war popular culture and nuclear disarmament studies.

I love collecting postcards such as:

* Black & white theme postcards.

* Postcards of Cold War theme.

* Vintage/retro theme postcards.

* Buddhism.

* Postcards of your country's famous tourist places.

* Postcards showing-daily life.

* Traditional dresses.

* Famous festivals or events in your town or in your country.

* Postcard of University campus.

* Anything relating to Lord of the rings.

* Kate Middleton(Duchess of Cambridge).

* Eurovision song contest.

* Snow clad mountains.

(Please if possible NO-multi-view and animal postcards).

I would love to read more about you, your thoughts or anything random which you would like to share with your message on your postcard:)

Along with postcards, i also love collecting stamps too, so i'll really thankful if you can send me few nice stamps or any special stamp from your country. If it is possible for you, plz send me the postcard in closed envelope, as it will be easy to take out stamps from it (ONLY IF YOU CAN MANAGE).
