Hi,
I`m really glad to be a menber of postcrossing family. I like reading and writing and I like to learn more about other people and countries.
So I think postcrossing is a great idea!
Here are some of my preferences (in random order):
books or other book related postcards
special views of your town, village or country (NOT the usual touristic cards please)
vintage postcards
art (only romantic or impressionism)
black and white photos
dolls or teddys
scenes from the 19th century
views of Great Britain (buildings, cottages, village scenes,landscape, London)
children`s book illustrations
NO AD or SELFMADE please!I`m not interested in postcards related to sport, animals or flowers or in special stamps.
And I really don`t want unwritten postcards. Please tell me something about you, your town and your life or the books you read or whatever you want.
I register all postcards the day I get them - so if you haven`t heard from me after a reasonable length of time, please get in touch.

It makes me really sad, that soooo many postcards are expired!
I ask myself ....WHY....??? It happened that someone got a postcard which he (she) don`t like. But is that a reason not to register this card???
I spend a lot of time to search the right postcard for every wishes and I really send no free or ugly cards.
It`s really disappointing!
