Hello, my name is Melissa, but I usually go by the nickname "Mausi" ("little mouse" in German, because my grandfather thought that I looked like one when I was born!). I am 28 years old and live on a farm in Ohio with my partner (Craig). I have always been my grandmother's "Liebling," hence my name here (Mausi was taken).
My father's parents are from Austria originally (they came to the USA in the 1940s). I know a few phrases in German and some in Yiddish, but mostly I just know how to curse in the languages. :) My mother's parents are a mixture of Irish, English, Scottish, and Crow (the Native American tribe, not the bird!).
For postcards, I am not picky. I like scenery, people, and native wildlife. Show me what your corner of the world looks like. :) Please no ad or free cards.
