About Elena...

Hello there!

I'm 28-years old Sagittarius, obviously female, and having a large number of hobbies (books, photography, board games, traveling, penpalling, cooking - just to mention few of them). If you are looking at my profile we share one hobby for sure - Postcrossing and the love to postcards! :-)

I'd be glad to receive any postcard you think is nice :) If you are still in doubt what to send through, here is a small list(not in any particular order):

- Rivers/oceans/lakes/sea - my dream is to live somewhere where I'll be near to the sea or another water pool :) and those postcards are one of my faves
- Animals/Birds/Fish
- National costumes/instruments/cuisine
- Books/libraries
- Rails/ships/cars
- Moomins ..hehe...who doesn't like moomins ;)
- viewcards (yay..all those postcards showing different views from your country/city/village) -- please NO multi multiviews, less than 3-4 views on one postcard will be appreciated
- mapcards
- Northern Lights
- Sheepworld
- Mountains

Please write down your card. It is not super-hard, believe me :) You do not have enough inspiration today - well, introduce yourself, or write about your favorite book, song, movie, food..., what's the weather, where are you going this weekend..ok, I think you got the idea :) If you collect smth - coins, calendars, stamps, magnets, etc. and/or would love to get smth from my country, do let me know! I've started a bookmarks collection recently, so I am quite interested in getting bookmarks from all over the world, and I am a huge tea lover too, so we can organize a private swap ;)

Aaand, one last thing (I do not want to waste your time reading this monologue anymore :P) - PLEASE put your postcard within an envelope. Oh, well, I know some countries have higher prices for envelopes, and if this is your case - it is up to you. But I would really appreciate a postcard within an envelope. First, a postcard takes some time to travel around, falling into unpredictable situations and environments, second - everybody is reading your personal message at the back of the card :P and third, I am a stamps collector and if you are a stamp collector too, you will probably understand my point of view (oh..well..if you are not, you will got the idea as well, I am sure :)).

Can't wait to receive your postcard! Happy Postcrossing!

THE END :))
