About Angela...
***If you would like to do a personal trade with me, please let me know. However, since the earthquakes that have devastated my city many of the shops that I used to buy the postcards from are closed and my range is now limited. So I may not be able to get you ones like those in my gallery. ***
I am an Amateur Illustrator and Artistic Dabbler, with a love for the cute and quirky, weird and whimsical, ugly but endearing. Most of my work is mainly in "miniature art" with pieces ranging in size from 1 x 1 inch to 8 x 10 inches. For the last five years I've been trading and distributing my art internationally and now I have art in every continent (except Antarctica) and in over 80 countries - thanks to Postcrossing (And some other sites)! I collect art, postage stamps and postcards.

I LOVE handdrawn postcards, but if you are sending a handmade - please make sure it is 6x4 inches (10x15 cm) in size, that it is neatly cut and looks professional. I would prefer not to receive a cut-out picture stuck to card, unless it is done very neatly and is an awesome picture. Please keep it relevant to your country.
When sending me postcards, I'm pretty happy with anything related to your hometown/country, preferably with the name of the country/city on the front, and no larger than 6x4 inches (to fit in my album).
My favourites are:
~ your native wildlife (esp birds)
~ derelict buildings
~ interesting buildings (historic and artistic)
~ dramatic landscapes
~ something symbolic to your culture
~ landmarks
~ art cards
I prefer not to receive:
~ city view (unless the buildings are interesting)
~ flag cards
If not a photograph, anything whimsical, fanciful or illustrative is preferred.
Please write something on the back! Even if it is not a full message, I want to be able to know later who - and where, I got it from and maybe a bit about you.
I collect postage stamps, with a bias towards illustrations (not photographs) of animals/birds or anything with a quirky, whimsical air. I do not like stamps featuring people's portraits.
