I am a PhD student working on my dissertation about land value and land policy. I am originally from Beijing, China, have lived in Buffalo, NY and Corvallis, OR. I love snow, cold weather, campfire,laughing with friends, learning new things, watching movies, exercising, being silly, helping people, and animals. Since I work in my office by myself most time, I really want to make more friends, know more people, and let more people know about me. I also want to be a nice surprise to anybody and light up their days with a smile.
