I enjoy traveling the world through stamps and postcards. Through collecting both I see places and learn of things I might not ever learn of. I am interested in all aspects of culture, people, places and things. I love to learn of ethnic foods native to countries.
I enjoy the outdoors very much and do travel here in the states and collect postcards to send off to friends in far away places. I hope to enjoy a wonderful journey here at postcrossing.
I happen to have a soft spot for Castles, Lighthouses and the landscapes of the world! Please share with me! I want to see every lighthouse in every seaside country of our wonderful Planet. Will you help me discover them?
I am also interested in collecting state map postcards of all 50 states. :) I am also looking to collect Capital buildings of all states and Countries.

I also enjoy postally issued postal cards sent through the mail. I have quite a collection from the US but my worldwide collection is lacking.

Netherlands Postcrossers, I am from Albany, NY which was settled by Dutch Fur traders 400 years ago. We have a Tulip Festival every year in Albany to celebrate our ancestry and their culture. Your Royalty have visited the beautiful City a few times over the years. The Prince made a visit in October 2009 to celebrate our 400th year of Hudson River Navigation! I understand the royalty of the Netherlands has visited our capital city of New York many times through the years.

I have received cards with stamps missing, and many other issues, so there are many reason why your card might not have made it through the system, with no fault to you or I.
