I love learning about different cultures and meeting new people. Tell me what you love about where you live, or something interesting about the area.
My hobbies include reading (fantasy/sci-fi, history, medieval whodunits), entering contests, playing scrabble, baking, archery, and medieval re-creation (www.sca.org). I love horses, vintage pyrex, vintage cookbooks and women's magazines, unicorns, dragons, pirates, castles, the colour yellow, daisies and roses (among other things)
I don't normally have a preference for the type of postcard sent, other than no ad cards. Surprise me! Please, no envelopes.
I'm 38, working as a cook on freight ships, am in a long term relationship, have 9 nieces and nephews and a foster brother. Yes, my avatar photo says "Spork" and "Speef", and yes, they were REAL products.
