Hi there! :)
My name is Marieke, 28 springs young from cheese & tulip county Holland :)
(god thank google translate!! i haven't eaten enough dutch cheese to understand and write down the language english correctly from A-Z ;)

I did have some serious walk-problems in 2011 (march-september). I'm doing my best for a superhard recovery! :) Had 6 months real intensive training & therapy @ rehabilitation centre Tolbrug Oss (oct 2011-april 2012). Just finished April 26! :D O yeah! :D

I'm very happy that my recovery goes very well and that I don't need my wheelchair anymore :D (i'm not 'kreupel' anymore, but i will keep my profile name because i like the word 'kreupeltje' it sounds like a fairytale princess ;-) (sometimes when i'm very tired i bag throug my legs/ thanks google translate)

Filling my days with:
* getting stronger by training @ the gym 2 times a week / biking and walking to do some shopping / in the forrest near by
* sing for my guinea pigs KAAA & ZWAAAN (little swan) every morning before breakfast ♥ my sweet kids ♥
* geocaching (new hobby!!) like it very much! :) :)
* making photo's of things i love/ things that make my happy
* enjoy the wonderful view from my livingroomwindows ♥
* (only when it's sunny) laying on my balcony enjoying the sun
* play my guitar and sing some songs
* do some knitting & crochet
* create nice postcards to let the postcrossing people smile all over the world with a very personal custommade card ♥
* make some extremly yummy food for myself (and visitors) (i have a degree in food design) and i'm a vegetarian (no meat for me!)
* watching DVD's / reading books / or uitzending gemist
* generate some ideas for my weblog (it's in dutch, but with lot of pictures and photo's) www.kreupeltje.blogspot.com
* bake some fresh carrotcake! carrotcake is my second big love ♥
* and offcourse spending time with my boyfriend Corné ♥ ♥ ♥

(i really love to translate some words on my own way, because some people say that google translate is strange ;)

O, and I ♥ peacocks, flamingo's, swans, goats, cats, dragonflies, seahorses, parrots :) >> i'm not a big fan of traditional touristic cards.. but, surprise me, cheer it a bit up or something ;) Or make something nice for me ♥

If you have a big heart please send my friend Jerney a good vibe card too! She is very sick from May 2011, the doctors still don't know what the reason is of her illness. She couldn't walk, don't feel her legs anymore, she just returned from the hospital, with absolute bed rest and no visit (o i feel so sorry for her!)
Please cheer Jerney up! ♥ She is my rehab-girlfriend ♥ I know how it is to be ill for such a long time, and the power of a good vibe postcard! :)
